It was time to replace our roof — not exactly the most exciting home project. But after meeting with James and his company, ROOF LIFE, we couldn’t have been more impressed!
James provided clear photos showing exactly what needed attention and what our options were, then sat down with us for a thorough, start-to-finish presentation of what to expect — every detail covered.
James is both down to earth and professional, honest, personable, genuine, responsive and stands behind his work. He even went above and beyond — surprising our neighbors with coffee gift cards since the work would inevitably be noisy for a day and there’d be parts deliveries on larger than normal equipment on our street. Not only that, but my daughters were having a school fundraiser during this time, and he generously supported them with a donation to Harrisburg Elementary School!
When it was the day of the roof replacement, his team ran like a well-oiled machine. They arrived on time, worked neatly, were kind and professional, and James kept us updated with progress photos throughout the day.

Best customer service we have ever received. James is polite, prompt, thorough, and honest. He arrived to our consultation with an estimate, samples, and a slideshow explaining the whole roofing process. He was very responsive to all my questions and text messages. Day of was seamless and the roof looks great. It was cool and reassuring to get pictures throughout the whole process of what they were doing. Price was very competitive and fair. Nothing not to love.

James is hands down the best businessman I have ever met. His workers are amazing. Talk about hard working, detailed, polite. His worker was wiping the debris off my light post. Come on.
